there is that Asian male staff fixing drinks..he got some issues and problems! big time attitude and rude...if he has problems working there maybe he should quit..I see lots of comments pointing at this guy behind the counter. Whoever owns this Starbucks u better sort it out ..dont waste money here go elsewhere
Staff at the counter do not understand English very well. And also tables are always dirty nobody clean the tables customers should do that by themselves especially in evenings.
The cashier is so rude, I’m trying to be nice and I confirmed my order to make sure I ordered it correctly, but he looked so annoyed by my confirmation.
I ordered a coffee with not sweet hazelnut syrup, but received one with sweet syrup instead. Which is the fifth time.When I pointed this out, the female staff member insisted all syrups were sweet , and suggested me to order no syrups, and simply gave me a plain coffee, which was not what I asked for.Disappointed with the handling of my costumer case.

Two days ago I had the opportunity to eat at Starbucks here. I ordered a Matcha Green Tea Frappuccino with whipped cream on top. I think it's too little because when I usually eat at other branches, they always give me almost a full glass of whipped cream.
This store is located on the george street slightly away from chinatown station. Staff here is very polite except 1 staff who's slightly on the rude side. Other than coffee they have merchandise aswell as coffee beans also available for purchase. Overall a nice and cozy place to hangout and chill.
Great service on both occasions I have been there recently. The beverage I got was great too, hot enough but not burnt and flavoursome. The food here is typical Starbucks but delicious. The sandwich was slightly over toasted but still very tasty. Would recommend if you get a toastie here to eat it straight away as if left a little time the bread gets a tad tough.
